MACHULAND 課程／工作坊 條款及細則 

報名及付款方法 

• 參加者/參加者父母/監護人請仔細閱讀「條款及細則」才報名及付款；
• 參加者/參加者父母/監護人/參加者請於欲參加課程／工作坊日期前預約。逾期申 請將以即場報名形式處理。
• 參加者/參加者父母/監護人請於報名時填寫詳細中英文全名、聯絡電話或電郵， 方便MACHULAND 聯絡。

付款方法 

• 報名手續將於MACHULAND門市、 MACHULAND 官方 WhatsApp／FaceBook ／ Instagram 或 MACHULAND 官方網頁進行。
• 課程／工作坊將會在收妥全數課程費用後才獲確認
• 付款一經確認，所有申請以先到先得之形式處理。本公司將保留最終決定權。
• 成功申請者申請者將獲得電郵、 MACHULAND 官方 WhatsApp、 FaceBook、 Instagram 通知，請注意查收；門市預約者將獲得單據確認。

不作退回 

除因課程／工作坊額滿或取消外，已被扣除之相關之費用，在任何情況之下(包括未能 出席該活動或於課程／工作坊當日未能出示相關證明)，將不被退回。課程／工作坊取 消或額滿班別將另行通知。 

不可兌換 

除文義另有所指外，課程／工作坊的名額不可兌換現金或其他禮品。 不可轉讓 

學費及課程/工作坊學額均不可轉讓他人，只有報名的參加者才可上課。 

注意事項 

• MACHULAND 同事可按需要，要求參加者提供身份證明，以核對參加者資格。如 未能出示者，MACHULAND 有權拒絕該參加者上課。
• 課程／工作坊簡介只供參考。
• MACHULAND 有權取消報名人數未乎理想之課程／工作坊，或於必要時更改導 師及上課時間
• 參加者父母/監護人/參加者未經MACHULAND 同意，不可對課程／工作坊錄音、 錄影或拍攝。
• MACHULAND 有權於課程／工作坊期間進行攝影、錄影、錄音，並將此等照片、 圖片、聲訊及錄像（「記錄」）以任何格式永久免費地用於全世界的任何媒體（包括 但不限於新聞發布會、平面廣告、海報、宣傳單張以及上載及載列於Facebook專 頁或其他社交網站或網頁供公眾瀏覽及下載等），而無需對參加者支付款項或報 酬。記錄屬於MACHULAND 所有，並屬於MACHULAND 的專有財產。
• 參加者確認課程／工作坊或會被第三方拍下照片或錄下影像。在決定參與課程 ／工作坊前，參加者需要注意前述事宜，並同意不會就任何相關之投訴追究 MACHULAND 之責任。

颱風及暴雨警告

• 如因惡劣天氣而須取消課堂或更改日期，MACHULAND 職員將盡快通知受影響 的參加者，並且另作安排。普遍而言，如天文台於上午8:00或之後懸掛或仍懸掛8 號或以上風球、紅色暴雨或黑色暴雨警告，則當日下午6:00前之課程／工作坊將 會取消。如天文台於下午3:00或之後懸掛或仍懸掛8號或以上風球、紅色暴雨或

黑色暴雨警告，則當日下午6:00後之課程／工作坊將會取消。所有受影響課程／ 工作坊會按MACHULAND 工作人員通知而另作安排。除懸掛8號或以上風球外、 紅色暴雨或黑色暴雨警告，其他之天氣狀況，將不受影響。 

• MACHULAND 可按實際情況而決定課程是否繼續進行。
• 以上只作一般情況參考。任何情況下，參加者/ 家長/ 監護人請考慮各地區之天 氣、道路及交通情況，決定是否前往參與課程／工作坊。在此情況缺席課堂，將 不獲補課或退款。因颱風或其他惡劣天氣而被取消之課堂，恕不另行通告，亦不 設退款；風球除下後，MACHULAND工作人員會儘快聯絡補課事宜。

一般條款及細則 

1. MACHULAND 本公司不對本活動為適合任何目的作保證。參加者/ 參加者父母/ 監護人及參加者將放棄其追究MACHULAND 的所有權利及利益（如有）。 2. MACHULAND 有權隨時暫停、終止或取消本活動(或其任何部分)，而毋須事先通 知或給與任何補償。
2. MACHULAND 有權隨時修改本條款及細則，而毋須事先通知。 4. 本條款及細則的絕對解釋權歸MACHULAND 。如有任何爭議，以MACHULAND 對所有相關方作出的最終決定為準。
3. 申請人提供的資料會用作會員通訊及收取MACHULAND 之宣傳資料用途。根據 個人資料(私隱）條例，申請人有權查詢及更正所提供的個人資料。如欲查詢、翻 閱或更改個人資料，請與MACHULAND 聯絡。
4. 本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本的規定不一致，以英 文版本為準。
5. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

MACHULAND CLASS / WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS 

• Participants / parents / legal guardians should read the terms and conditions before applying for enrolment and settling the payment.
• Participants / parents / legal guardians should submit appointment request(s) before the date of class / workshop. Late applications will be considered walk-in.
• Participants / parents / legal guardians should provide accurate Chinese and English names, contact number and/or e-mail upon appointment, so that MACHULAND can contact the participants when necessary.

PAYMENT METHOD 

• The enrollment shall take place at the cashier in MACHULAND, MACHULAND’s official WhatsApp / FaceBook / Instagram and/or MACHULAND’s Website.
• Classes / workshops are only confirmed once fees are paid in full.
• Applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis upon full payment. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of MACHULAND Limited (“MACHULAND ”).
• The successful applicants will be notified of their application result via email and/or WhatsApp / FaceBook / Instagram. Please check accordingly. For appointment(s) at the cashier, receipt would be given to successful applicants.

NO REFUNDS 

No refunds on class / workshop fees paid will be made (including absentee or unable to provide related document proof on class / workshop date, etc.) except in the circumstances when a class/workshop is full or being cancelled. Participants will be notified for such cases. 

NON-TRANSFERRABLE 

Class/workshop’s enrolment cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts unless otherwise specified. 

NO EXCHANGE 

Fees and places of the classes / workshops cannot be transferred. Only enrolled participants are allowed to attend the class / workshops. 

POINTS TO NOTE

• MACHULAND staff may require participants to provide their identity certificates so as to verify participants’ identities. MACHULAND reserves the right to stop those who fail to prove their identities from taking classes / workshops.
• The class / workshop description is for reference only.
• MACHULAND reserves the right to cancel classes / workshops if the no. of application falls below the requisite minimum; and to change the time and instructor of classes / workshops should this be necessary.
• No photo taking and video/audio recording is allowed by parents/ legal guardians/ participants during the class / workshop without the consent of MACHULAND .
• MACHULAND is entitled to take photographs of, video-tape or audio-record the classes / workshops, and use such photo(s), image(s), audio(s) and video(s) (“Recordings”) in any media or format throughout the world in perpetuity (including but not limited to press releases, print advertisements, posters, leaflets, Facebook page or other social networking sites or web pages for public viewing and downloading, etc.) without any payment or consideration to the participants. The Recordings belongs to and is the absolute property of MACHULAND .
• Participants acknowledge that the class / workshop (if taking place in a publicly visible area) may be photographed or video-recorded by other third party and they should be aware of this before making the decision to enroll and they agree to hold MACHULAND harmless in relation to any complaint(s) made regarding this issue.

TYPHOONS AND RAINSTORMS 

• If a class / workshop has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, MACHULAND staff will notify the participant(s) of the arrangements as soon as possible. Generally, if typhoon signal no. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm is hoisted or still hoisted at or after 8:00 am, classes / workshops that day held at 6:00pm or before will be cancelled. If typhoon signal no. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm is hoisted or still hoisted at or after 3:00 pm, classes / workshops that day held after 6:00 pm will be cancelled. All the affected classes / workshops will be postponed or subject to other arrangements, as shall be notified by MACHULAND staff. Apart from the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above or due to red/black rainstorm, the classes / workshops will not be affected by other weather conditions.
• MACHULAND may decide whether to continue the classes / workshops according to the actual situation.
• The above arrangement is for reference only. In all cases, participants / parents / legal guardians should consider the weather, road and transport situation to decide whether to attend the classes / workshops. Make-up class /

workshop will be arranged to the absentee for these cases. However, no refund will be arranged for classes / workshops cancelled due to bad weather. 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. MACHULAND does not make any warranty in respect of any part of this program and disclaims all liability in relation thereto. Participants / parents/ legal guardians and participants shall waive all his or her rights and interest, if any, of any natures to pursue against MACHULAND .
2. MACHULAND is entitled to suspend, terminate or cancel this program or any part thereof at any time without any prior notice or compensation. 3. MACHULAND has the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
3. MACHULAND has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of MACHULAND shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

The personal data provided by applicants will be used for newsletter and promotion of MACHULAND . In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the right to request access to and to correct personal data. To access your personal data, please contact MACHULAND office. 

5. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
